I have been advised to buy one of your products, I
have been offered two different satellite receivers,
AF8400E or AF2800E.
I would like to know:
1. What is the difference between the two receivers
2. How can I receive updates and links to PC and
instructions.
3. If the receivers are the same as the other
receivers in your website.

hi, i have a horizon hf-2000d , i was told it had a feature called upgrade feature which means it can display coded channels , and for some channels it did
i could view a coded channel just by waiting a little
after the message " service not available " .
but sometime the message was " software upgrade "
and it seemed that everything stuck afterwards, i waited for more than 10 minutes but nothig happend,
i tried to shut the receiver down and i couldnt!!
i unplugged it. but when i replugged it , it was like the first time you open it , no channels at all!!
and that story happened three times AND I ONLY HAD IT FOR A MONTH . what does" software upgrade " mean ? and IS THERE ANYTHIG WRONG WITH MY RECEIVER???
